About Our Founder
Clayton started Print4Hope in 2025. The previous year, he purchased a 3D printer with the idea of one day designing reinforced prosthetics that could be customized with an iPhone scan. It was aspirational!
In a matter of a few months, however, he encountered medical professionals and teachers who were both interested in things that could be 3D printed. One of them had attempted to print items themselves but encountered hardware issues. The other didn't have the time or extra funds to chase their dream.
Encountered with this less aspirational goal (and a little bit offended that hardworking people couldn't get the things they needed), Clayton decided to help. Starting small, Print4Hope is working with hand-chosen organizations and individuals to determine the best way to make an impact. Once honed and over time, he hopes to build Print4Hope from a hobbyist side project to a community of philanthropists.
Lots of hobbyist printers might be over the learning curve, through the must-haves on their print list, and wondering what to do next. Print4Hope's long-term vision is to empower these folks to print sets of items directly for people in need, using Print4Hope as a conduit to get help where it is needed most.
Clayton has loved working for Children's Charities for many years. He was a team leader on Childre's Miracle Network's Gaming for Good, where he raised tens of thousands of dollars for hospitals. He worked in finance for 15+ years. His experience includes FP&A, Corporate Development, fundraising, and banking. He is looking forward to bringing those skills to the non-profit space.
